Our mission is to bring access to quality reproductive health care to patients in abortion deserts. Everyone deserves bodily autonomy regardless of circumstance.
We are a team of dedicated reproductive health care experts. Wellspring Health Access is led by Julie Burkhart, who founded Trust Women after her mentor Dr. George Tiller was assassinated, and was at its helm for 12 years. She also currently co-owns Hope Clinics in Illinois. Our staff is highly skilled in abortion delivery services, from start-ups to day-to-day operations. We are excited to continue to bring abortion care to underserved areas.

The sheer amount of care provided at this place is astounding. I cannot rave enough about how amazing these women are at their jobs. I have never had a more comforting experience at a doctors office for any reason. They provide so many kinds of services and have an amazing system to help anyone pay for any of the help they need, no matter their insurance status. Genuinely cannot talk this place up enough.
So caring and so welcoming. They have security outside and volunteers which makes you feel so safe and so welcome. They scan you for weapons which just adds to the level of security. Everyone was so kind especially Leslie and they hold your hand through the entire process. Couldn’t have asked for a better team of healthcare professionals! <3
Everyone was so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. The personal element that each person brings to the clinic creates the warmest environment. They made everything so easy for me from the day I called them to after i’ve left, they truly care so much about everyone that comes in and I can’t imagine going through this experience without their help!
