Wellspring Health Access provides medication and surgical abortion, gynecological care, family planning, and gender affirming care from our clinic in Casper, Wyoming. We serve patients living in abortion deserts—areas with little to no abortion access—within Wyoming and surrounding states. Our clinic is strategically located so that people in areas with limited abortion access, including Idaho, Utah, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Montana can access care.
Prior to Wellspring opening in 2023, the only choice to end a pregnancy in Wyoming was via medication abortion until 10 weeks of pregnancy. This is before many women realize they are pregnant, leaving Wyoming women with limited options.
Wellspring offers surgical abortion care until 23.6 weeks of pregnancy, allowing patients to make their own choices about their bodies based on what’s most comfortable to them.
